At RoadRunner Scooters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in brand-new condition during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
